FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL HOLDING STRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE, AND FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL
To provide a fire-resistive covering material holding structure capable of ensuring satisfactory workability by reliably holding a fire-resistive covering material when placing the fire resistive covering material in an open hole of a beam, a construction method of a fire-resistant structure, and a fire-resistive covering material.SOLUTION: In web 3a, an open hole 9 is formed for inserting pipes therethrough. On the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 9, a fire resistive covering material 5 is placed and held by a fireproof cover holding member 13. The fireproof cover holding member 13 is a member which is a linear member such as a wire or string for holding fire-resistive covering material 5 in the open hole 9 formed in a beam 3. That is, the fireproof cover holding member 13 has the flexibility and is capable of tying for example. The fireproof cover holding member 13 is inserted inner face side of the open hole 9 (fire-resistive covering material 5) and is wound on a flange 3b. At this time, by tying the ends of the fireproof cover holding member 13 to each other at any position of the wrapped fireproof cover holding member 13, the fire resistive covering material 5 is fixed to the beam 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 梁の貫通孔に耐火被覆材を配置する際に、確実に耐火被覆材が保持され、良好な作業性を得ることが可能な耐火被覆材保持構造と、耐火構造の構築方法及び耐火被覆材を提供する。【解決手段】 ウェブ3aには、配管等が挿通される貫通孔9が形成される。貫通孔9の内周面には、耐火被覆材5が配置され、耐火被覆保持部材13によって保持されている。耐火被覆保持部材13は、梁3に形成された貫通孔9に、耐火被覆材5を保持するための部材であり、針金や紐などの線状の部材である。すなわち、耐火被覆保持部材13は可撓性を有し、例えば、結ぶことが可能である。耐火被覆保持部材13を貫通孔9(耐火被覆材5)の内面側に通し、フランジ3bに巻き付ける。この際、巻き付けられた耐火被覆保持部材13のいずれかの位置において、耐火被覆保持部材13の端部同士を結ぶことで、耐火被覆材5を梁3へ固定することができる。【選択図】図3
