FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL, FIRE-RESISTIVE COVERING MATERIAL HOLDING STRUCTURE, AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FIRE-RESISTANT STRUCTURE
To provide a fire-resistive covering material capable of being easily placed in an open hole of a beam, a fire resistive covering material holding structure using the same, and a construction method of fire resistant structure.SOLUTION: In a web 3a, an open hole 9 is formed for inserting pipes therethrough. On the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 9, a fire-resistive covering material 5 is placed covering the generally entire periphery of the open hole 9. The fire-resistive covering material 5 is a member in which a notch is made in a portion in the circumferential direction of the long cylindrical member in the longer direction and, in the cross-section, formed with an opening 6c having an approximately C shape. When the opening 6c is opened by elastic deformation, a restoring force to close the opening 6c works. The edge of the open hole 9 is inserted into the opening 6c of the fire resistive covering material 5, and on the inner peripheral surface of the open hole 9, the fire resistive covering material 5 is placed. When the opening 6c is opened, since the fire resistive covering material 5 has a restoring force to close, the fire resistive covering material 5 sandwiches the web 3a, and thus, the fire resistive covering material 5 is fixed to the beam 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 梁の貫通孔に容易に設置することが可能な耐火被覆材と、これを用いた耐火被覆材保持構造及び耐火構造の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】 ウェブ3aには、配管等が挿通される貫通孔9が形成される。貫通孔9の内周面には、貫通孔9の内面を覆うように、略全周に亘って耐火被覆材5が配置される。耐火被覆材5は、円筒状の長尺部材の周方向の一部に、長手方向に対して切り込みが入れられ、断面において、一部に開口部6cが形成された略C字状の部材である。弾性変形によって開口部6cを開くと、復元力によって開口部6cが閉じようとする復元力を有する。耐火被覆材5の開口部6cに、貫通孔9の縁部が挿入され、貫通孔9の内周面に耐火被覆材5が配置される。耐火被覆材5は、開口部6cを広げると、閉じようとする復元力を有するため、耐火被覆材5によって、ウェブ3aが挟み込まれて、耐火被覆材5が梁3へ固定される。【選択図】図3
