To provide a locking/unlocking device equipped with opening/closing information transmission means for transmitting opening/closing information on a lock that can be disposed in a space where an ordinary locking/unlocking device can be disposed, and can downsize the device while achieving security.SOLUTION: A home delivery box device 1 is equipped with a first door 2 provided on an outdoor surface that can be locked by a first lock 11, and a second door 3 provided on an indoor side, which serves as a shielding member for shielding the visual recognition of the indoor side from the outdoor side, and stores a package thrown in from the outdoor surface temporarily. The second door 3 can switch its state between a shield state and an open state. When the first door 2 is in the open state, the second door 3 is locked in the shield state, and when the first door 2 is transferred to a closed state from the open state, the lock of the second door 3 in the shield state is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
