REGIONAL TSUNAMI DISASTER PREVENTION STRUCTURE
To provide a regional tsunami disaster prevention structure as a large-scale evacuation facility for minimizing human damage caused by tsunami in a target area where the damage caused by tsunami is assumed.SOLUTION: A plurality of tsunami-resistant evacuation spaces 1 surrounded by a tsunami-resistant wall 2 having a height equal to or higher than the assumed height of tsunami and having a strength capable of being resistant to the assumed wave force of the tsunami are dispersed and arranged in a target area where the damage caused by the tsunami is assumed, and when the tsunami occurs, surrounding residents can evacuate into the tsunami-resistant evacuation spaces 1. In order for the tsunami-resistant wall 2 to withstand the wave force of the tsunami, the tsunami-resistant wall 2 is provided with a material, thickness, weight, etc., having a strength capable of withstanding three times the hydrostatic pressure. The tsunami-resistant wall 2 is provided with openings at one or a plurality of places, and opening blocking means such as an openable/closable water cut-off wall is provided at the opening, and the opening is watertightly closed when the tsunami comes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】津波の被害が想定される対象地域における津波による人的被害を最小化するための大規模な避難施設としての地域津波防災構造を提供する。【解決手段】津波の被害が想定される対象地域に、想定される津波の高さ以上の高さを有し、想定される津波の波力に抵抗可能な耐力を有する耐津波塀2で囲まれた耐津波避難空間1を複数分散配置し、津波が発生したときに、周辺住民が耐津波避難空間1内に避難できるようにする。耐津波塀2が津波の波力に耐えるためには、耐津波塀2を、静水圧の3倍の圧に耐える強度の材質、厚さ、重量等を備えたものとする。耐津波塀2には、1または複数個所に開口部を設け、開口部には開閉可能な止水壁などの開口部閉塞手段を設け、津波が来襲した際に、開口部を水密に閉塞する。【選択図】図3
