To provide a migratory fish passage device which constitutes a flow of water overriding an obstacle in a flow of a dam in a river bed to the upstream in a water natural flow direction in the river bed.SOLUTION: A migratory fish passage device incudes a water pressure flow device having a first intake pipe 1 from an upstream position relative to a dam 4, in other words, a water intake point 12 to a support point 2 toward a downstream position to the dam 4. In the water pressure flow device, a fish gate for providing access for entering into a rising pipe 3 to fish which enters into water in the rising pipe from the supply point 2 and is conveyed in the rising pipe 3 to an outlet 5 positioned on the upstream relative to the dam is present, the water intake point 12 is in a higher level than the outlet 5, and a siphon pipe from the upstream position relative to the dam 4 constituting a migratory fish return route to the downstream position relative to the dam 4 is further provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】河床における水の自然な流れ方向の上流への河床にあるダムなどの流れの中の障害物を越える水の流れを構成するための回遊魚通路装置を提供する。【解決手段】ダム４に対して上流の位置すなわち取水点１２からダム４に対して下流の位置に向かって供給点２まで第１の取水管１を備える水圧流装置を備え、ここには、供給点２から前記上昇管内の水の中に入ってダムに対して上流の位置にある出口５まで上昇管３内を輸送される魚に上昇管３に進入するためのアクセスを提供するための魚ゲートが存在し、取水点１２は出口５よりも高い水位にあり、回遊魚戻り経路を構成するためのダム４に対して上流の位置からダム４に対して下流の位置までのサイフォン管をさらに備える。【選択図】図９
