To provide a configuration that ensures, in a sidewalk-roadway boundary block including a foundation arranged in a groove formed below a ground and a curb part placed on the foundation and protruding above the ground, sufficient weight of the foundation after installation of the sidewalk-roadway boundary block, enables weight reduction of parts handled during installation and construction of the sidewalk-roadway boundary block, and enables reduction of waste soil during installation and construction of the sidewalk-roadway boundary block.SOLUTION: In a sidewalk-roadway boundary block 1 of the present invention, a foundation 2 is composed of an upper part 2a and a lower part 2b. The lower part of the foundation has a groove-shaped opening that is open upward to accept sediment S. The upper part of the foundation is a lid member that covers the groove-shaped opening of the lower part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
