To provide a bead material that is available for various thicknesses of transparent plates.SOLUTION: A bead material 1 includes a first bead material 7 and a second bead material 9. Sandwiching an edge 5A of a transparent plate 5 between the first bead material 7 and the second bead material 9 causes the transparent plate 5 to be fixed to a sash frame 3. The second bead material 9 has a base part 13 and a plate-like part 15. The plate-like part 15 includes a first plate-like part 15A and a second plate-like part 15B from the side close to the base part 13. The first plate-like part 15A and the second plate-like part 15B are arranged in the form of a stack in such an order on a surface 13A on the side facing the transparent plate 5 of the base part 13. The upper end of the first plate-like part 15A, as a part of the plate-like part 15 adjacent to the base part 13, is connected to the upper end of the surface 13A of the base part 13 by a first connection part 19.
