To provide a vehicular opening/closing device that causes a panel guided by a pair of rails to open/close an opening of a vehicle body, and that can prevent the scattering of fragments of the panel damaged by a collision, etc., with a good appearance and a simpler structure.SOLUTION: A vehicular opening/closing device, which is configured to open/close an opening of a vehicle body, includes: a pair of rails 11 arranged along both edges of the opening; a panel 13 that is guided by the pair of rails 11 to open/close the opening; a film 14 that is adhered to a surface of the panel 13; and a film holding member 14Z that presses an edge 14R of the film 14 toward an edge 13R of the panel in the rail 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
