To provide a disaster prevention housing that can secure a large living space, that does not easily break down the mechanism that raises the living space, that is easy to maintain, and that can adjust the height to raise the living space according to the type of disaster.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention housing 1 of the present invention has a structure that four columns 3 are erected on a root-wrapped concrete 5 which is mostly buried under the ground GL, and a living space 2 is installed on a movable base 4 which is supported by the columns 3 so as to be vertically movable. The living space 2 is composed of a rectangular parallelepiped living room portion 2a fixed to a movable base 4 and whose periphery is covered with a rectangular side plate 6 and an attic 2b provided on the living room portion 2a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】広い居住スペースを確保できるとともに、居住スペースを上昇させる機構が故障し難く、かつ、保守が容易であって、しかも、災害の種類に応じて、居住スペースを上昇させる高さを調節することが可能な防災住宅を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の防災住宅１は、地面ＧＬの下に大部分が埋設された根巻きコンクリート５に４本の支柱３が立設されるとともに、この支柱３によって鉛直方向へ昇降自在に支持された可動土台４に居住スペース２が設置された構造であり、居住スペース２が、可動土台４に固定されるとともに周囲が矩形状の側板６によって覆われた直方体状の居室部２ａと、居室部２ａの上に設けられた屋根裏２ｂからなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
