FIXED FRAME OF BUILDING AND COMBINATION WITH WINDOW FRAME FIXED THEREON
To provide a fixed frame of a building and a combination with a window frame fixed on the inner peripheral surface of the fixed frame with which heat insulation materials can be provided as required, with no need of actual measurement or so-called ink marking, over the outer surface of the fixed frame and the outer surface of the window frame, drainage ditches can be formed that are not visible from the outside of the building, and required airtightness and water-tightness can be secured sufficiently easily over the outer surface and the outer peripheral part at the outer surface of a lower member of a window sill.SOLUTION: An outer surface of a window frame has an outer peripheral part that is flush with the outer surface of a fixed frame, a shoulder part that projects outward from the inner peripheral edge of the outer peripheral part and preferably perpendicularly to the outer peripheral part and an inner peripheral part extending parallel to the outer peripheral part from the outer edge of the shoulder part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
