UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE CONVEYANCE METHOD IN OPEN-CUT METHOD
To provide an underground structure conveyance device and an underground structure conveyance method which can convey and embed an underground structure in a stable state even in a curved part when traveling while lifting a heavy product without using a heavy machine such as a truck crane, in an open-cut method of embedding a pipe such as a water and sewerage pipe into the underground.SOLUTION: An underground structure conveyance device 100 includes: a pair of boom cylinders 11; a pair of telescopic booms which freely stretch and contract in the boom cylinders 11; a portal type lifter which has an arm 15 mounted on upper ends of the pair of telescopic booms; a geared trolley 2 which is mounted on the arm 15 so as to freely suspend and travel, and suspends a chain block 25; a pair of traveling carriages on which the boom cylinders 11 are provided upright; a motor travel device which travels the traveling carriages; and a pair of conveyance rails 41 which are laid on a ground surface and guide the traveling carriages.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】上下水道管等の管を地下に埋設する開削工法において、トラッククレーン等の重機を使用することなく、重量物を吊り上げた状態で走行する際、カーブした箇所でも安定した状態で地中構造物の運搬、埋設を行うことができる地中構造物搬送装置及び地中構造物搬送方法を提供する。【解決手段】地中構造物搬送装置100は、一対のブームシリンダー11と、ブームシリンダー11内において伸縮自在となる一対の伸縮ブームと、この一対の伸縮ブームの上端に架設したアーム15を備えた門型リフターと、アーム15に懸垂走行自在に取り付け、チェーンブロック25を吊り下げたギヤードトロリ2と、ブームシリンダー11が立設する一対の走行台車と、走行台車を走行させる電動走行装置と、地表に敷設し、走行台車を案内する一対の搬送レール41を備える。【選択図】図1
