To solve the current problem of no refuge facility that makes it possible to easily take refuge from a daily life space at the time of attack of a flood disaster such as a tsunami and a flood and is easy to construct.SOLUTION: A saving space in which a refugee can be saved in an air storage can be configured nearly in the air storage formed at the time of inundation caused by a flood disaster such as a tsunami and a flood by configuring a bag body that intercepts transmission of water and air and has an opening only on a bottom in the vicinity of a ceiling of a room of a structure such as a building, the bag body comprising a floor slab therein. In the case that the floor slab has a structure capable of being stored on the ceiling or a wall surface usually and being expanded at the time of attack of a flood disaster such as a tsunami and a flood, it is enabled to plan a saving space that does not restrain a ceiling height of a room in which the saving space is to be provided and is easy to construct while enabling quick and easy refuge from a daily life space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2G
【課題】現在のところ、津波や洪水等の水害の襲来の際、日常の生活空間から容易に避難可能で、容易に構築できる避難施設が、無い。【解決手段】建築物等構造物の室の天井付近に、水や空気の透過を遮断し、底部にのみ開口を有する、袋状体を構成し、当該袋状体内に床版を具備させることにより、津波や洪水等の水害による浸水時には空気だまりを形成させ、およそ当該空気だまり内で避難者が待避可能な待避スペースが構成できる。さらに、当該床版は、通常時は天井や壁面に格納しておき、津波や洪水等の水害の襲来時には展開可能な構造とすると、日常の生活空間から迅速かつ容易に避難可能でありながらも、設置する室の天井高を圧迫せず、容易に構築できる待避スペースを計画することができる。【選択図】図２Ｇ
