To provide a foundation block that suppresses the inclination of individual foundation blocks and maintains the flatness of a pavement surface even when a load is applied to the pavement surface formed by laying the plurality of foundation blocks, and that is easy to manufacture and has a high yield.SOLUTION: A foundation block 100 comprises: a top surface 10; a bottom surface 20; and a plurality of side surfaces 30. The foundation block 100 has at least two side surfaces 30 having: a width direction convex part 32; a first height direction convex part 34 formed in the formation range of the width direction convex part 32; and a second height direction convex part 36 formed at a position separated from the width direction convex part 32 and the first height direction convex part 34 in the width direction. When a first foundation block 100A and a second foundation block 100B having the same shape are laid with the side surfaces 30 facing each other, the second height direction convex part 36 of the first foundation block 100A is arranged in a state of being aligned with the first height direction convex part 32 within the formation range of the width direction convex part 32 of the second foundation block 100B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
