To provide a disaster prevention device which can prevent water immersion without taking time even in a sudden flood, can be applied to buildings with various modes, and also has a function of protecting a building against an earthquake.SOLUTION: A disaster prevention device of this invention includes: a support member attached to an outside upper part of a building; an expansive/contractive sheet member; and a weight. The support member is attached to one end side of the sheet member, and the weight is attached to the other end side of the sheet member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 急な洪水等でも時間を掛けずに浸水防止が可能であり、様々の形態の建物に適用可能である防災装置、及び、地震から建物を保護する機能を併せ有する防災装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、建物の外側上部に取り付けられる支持部材と、収納／展開が可能なシート部材と、錘を有し、前記シート部材の一端側に前記支持部材が取り付けられ、前記シート部材の他端側に前記錘が取り付けられていることを特徴とする防災装置とした。【選択図】 図1
