To improve maintainability in a building waterproof structure.SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 32 is provided with a folded-back part 32B, the folded-back part 32B is arranged inside a building to an upper-floor exterior member 14 from an upper end 32A of the waterproof sheet 32, and accordingly is not exposed to external environment such as sunlight. When the waterproof sheet 32 positioned between the upper-floor exterior member 14 and a lower-floor exterior member 38 is degraded, a lower end 32C of the waterproof sheet 32 is removed from the lower-floor exterior member 38 and the lower end 32C is drawn to the downward side of the building so as to develop the folded-back part 32B of the waterproof sheet 32, and accordingly the folded-back part 32B suppressing degradation can be arranged between the upper-floor exterior member 14 and the lower-floor exterior member 38. Specifically, the degraded waterproof sheet 32 between the upper-floor exterior member 14 and the lower-floor exterior member 38 can be changed to the waterproof sheet 32 suppressing the degradation without removing the upper-floor exterior member 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物防水構造において、メンテナンス性を向上させることができる。【解決手段】防水シート32には、折り返し部32Bが設けられており、折り返し部32Bは、防水シート32の上端部32Aから上階外装部材14に対して建物内側に配置されていることから、日光等の外部環境に曝されない。そして、上階外装部材14と下階外装部材38との間に位置する防水シート32が劣化した場合は、防水シート32の下端部32Cを下階外装部材38から取り外して防水シート32の折り返し部32Bを展開するように下端部32Cを建物下方側へ引き出すことで、劣化が抑制されている折り返し部32Bを上階外装部材14と下階外装部材38との間に配置することができる。つまり、上階外装部材14と下階外装部材38との間の劣化した防水シート32を、上階外装部材14を取り外すことなく劣化が抑制された防水シート32に変えることができる。【選択図】図2
