To provide a building waterproof structure capable of preventing water infiltration into an underfloor space in a flood, etc. by simple means.SOLUTION: In a waterproof structure for a gap 6 formed between a foundation 1 and an outer wall panel 3 disposed above the foundation 1, a substrate material 4 is disposed inside the outer wall panel 3, a first waterproof material 8 is provided on a surface 4a of the substrate 4 at a side facing the outer wall panel 3, and a second waterproof material 9 is provided on an outer surface 2a of the foundation 1. Between a lower end portion 8a of the first waterproof material 8 and an upper end portion 9a of the second waterproof material 9, an overlap portion 12 is provided to block the gap 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 洪水時などにおける床下空間への水の浸入を簡易な手段により防ぐことができる建物の防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】 基礎１と、該基礎１の上方に配設される外壁パネル３との間に形成される隙間６を防水する構造であって、前記外壁パネル３の内側には下地材４が配設され、外壁パネル３と対向する側の下地材４の表面４ａに第１の防水材８が設けられる一方、前記基礎１の外表面２ａには第２の防水材９が設けられ、前記第１の防水材８の下端部８ａと前記第２の防水材９の上端部９ａとの間に両者の重なり部１２が設けられることにより前記隙間６が塞がれる。【選択図】 図１
