To simplify the overall structure of an inner box 10, which is equipped with an electric lock 20 and a mechanical lock 13, by reducing the number of required parts.SOLUTION: Included are: a box body 11, a lid 12, an electric lock 20 on the box body 11 side, and a mechanical lock 13 on the lid 12 side. The electric lock 20 extends/retracts a plunger 22a of a solenoid 22, and the mechanical lock 13 swivels a tongue 13a back and forth to establish lock and unlock states, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
