CONJUNCTION METHOD IN OUTER DIAPHRAGM SHAPE IN CONJUNCTION OF COLUMN AND BEAM
To provide a conjunction method capable of manufacturing a junction part easily without being restricted by an eccentricity even a beam end is eccentric in the conjunction part.SOLUTION: The conjunction method in an outer diaphragm shape for connecting a column 1 and a beam 2 comprises a step of connecting an end of the beam 2 to a column beam conjunction part placed at an upper part of the column 1 and enclosed by a blocking plate 3 having the outer diaphragm 4a, 4b on an outer periphery, and a step of installing a concrete at an inside space enclosed by the blocking plate 3 and coupling the column 1 and the beam 2. As no beam flange, beam web, diaphragm or the like as in the conventional technology is present in the conjunction part enclosed by the blocking plate 3, a degree of freedom of a column bar arrangement 5 is high, not only a filling performance (workability) of concrete installed in the conjunction part is improved, but also a beam step coupled in a horizontal direction can be set freely, a formation work of the conjunction work is significantly facilitated compared to a beam penetration type, the eccentricity of the beam is not restricted by a position of a column main reinforcement and the eccentricity of the beam can be set freely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】接合部において梁端部を偏心させても、偏心量に制約されることなく接合部を容易に製作することができるようにした接合方法を提案する。【解決手段】柱1と梁2との接合を外ダイアフラム形式の接合方法とするものであって、柱1の上部に載置した、外周に外ダイアフラム4a、4bが取りついた塞ぎ板3に囲まれた柱梁接合部に梁2の端部を接続し、塞ぎ板3で囲われた内側空間部にコンクリートを打設して柱1と梁2とを連結することを特徴とする。塞ぎ板3で囲われた接合部内に従来技術のような梁フランジ、梁ウェブ、ダイアフラム等が存在しないため、柱配筋5の自由度が高く、接合部内に打設されるコンクリートの充填性(作業性)が良くなるばかりでなく、連結される左右の梁段差を自由に設定でき、梁貫通型と比較して接合部の形成作業が著しく容易になり、梁の偏心量が柱主筋の位置によって制限されることがなく、梁の偏心量を自由に設定できる。【選択図】図2
