NUCLEAR REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL DISASSEMBLING DEVICE AND NUCLEAR REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL DISASSEMBLY METHOD
To provide a nuclear reactor pressure vessel disassembling device and a nuclear reactor pressure vessel disassembly method that can improve work efficiency in disassembling a nuclear reactor pressure vessel in a narrow work space.SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor pressure vessel disassembling device comprises: a rod member which lifts a nuclear reactor pressure vessel; a cutting device which cuts an upper end part of the lifted nuclear reactor pressure vessel; and a lid member which has an upper wall part covering the upper end part of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel from above and a door part partially opening the upper wall part. The cutting device is configured to: make a linear cut vertically in the upper end part and an L-shaped cut vertically along a circumferential direction of the nuclear reactor pressure vessel with the upper wall part closed, the L-shaped cut extending to nearby the lower end of the linear cut; and then perform finish cutting along the circumferential direction with the upper wall part open to connect the linear cut and L-shaped cut to each other and thus cut off a cut piece, which is taken out through an opening part formed by opening the upper wall part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】狭い作業スペースにおける原子炉圧力容器の解体の作業効率を向上させることができる原子炉圧力容器解体装置および原子炉圧力容器解体方法を提供する。【解決手段】原子炉圧力容器を吊り上げるロッド部材と、吊り上げられた原子炉圧力容器の上端部を切断する切断装置と、原子炉圧力容器の上端部を上方から覆う上壁部および部分的に上壁部を開放する扉部を有する蓋部材とを備え、切断装置は、上壁部の閉鎖状態において、上端部に上下方向に沿った直線状の切り込みと上下方向および原子炉圧力容器の周方向に沿ったL字状の切り込みであって直線状の切り込みの下端近傍に至る切り込みとを形成し、その後、上壁部の開放状態において、直線状の切り込みとL字状の切り込みとが繋がるように周方向に沿った仕上げ切断を行って切断片を切り離し、切断片は上壁部の開放によって形成された開口部を通して外部に取り出される。【選択図】図1
