COLLAPSE MEASURE FOR NUCLEAR REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL HAVING BASE DAMAGED
To take an earthquake nuclear reactor collapse measure of a reactor pressure vessel in a case where a high-temperature nuclear fuel by a core meltdown is stagnant within a pedestal of a base supporting the nuclear core, concrete melts down, a reinforcement-bar is exposed and a seismic performance of the nuclear reactor is lost.SOLUTION: A reactor pressure vessel collapse measure is configured to: make boring in a plurality of parts in a cross-section radial shape in a wall surrounding a nuclear reactor at exactly the same level as an upper part of a stabilizer serving as a shaking stopper in an earthquake above the nuclear reactor; spread polyether-based urethane foam over a stabilizer top surface while injecting the polyether-based urethane foam to boring pipes from outside the wall; after hardening the polyether-based urethane foam, also laminate concrete or the polyether-based urethane foam while pouring and curing the concrete or the polyether-based urethane foam on the hardened polyether-based urethane foam little by little; and fill the concrete or the polyether-based urethane foam in between a reactor pressure vessel and a building surrounding the reactor pressure vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】炉心溶融により高温の核燃料が原子炉を支える基礎のペデスタル内に溜まり、コンクリートが溶融し、鉄筋が剥き出しとなり原子炉の耐震性能が失われた場合の原子炉圧力容器の地震時原子炉倒壊対策を行う。【解決手段】原子炉上部に地震時振れ止めの働きをするスタビライザ上部に高さを合わせて原子炉を取り囲む壁に断面放射状にボーリングを複数個所明け、そのボーリング管に壁外側から発砲ウレタンを注入しながらスタビライザ上面に発砲ウレタンを敷き詰め硬化させた後、その上にコンクリートまたは発砲ウレタンを僅かずつ打設し養生させながら、またコンクリートまたは発砲ウレタンを積層させ原子炉圧力容器と原子炉圧力容器を囲む建屋との間にコンクリートまた発砲ウレタンを充填する。【選択図】図3
