To provide a geological survey device which can continuously measure hardness of a ground in short time even at a hard ground and a deep position of the ground.SOLUTION: A geological survey device includes a body 10, a rod 30, and a cone 40 connected to the tip of the rod 10. The geological survey device includes: a penetration part 20 supported to the body 10 so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction; a vibration part 17 for vibrating the penetration part 20 in the longitudinal direction; a penetration force measurement part 70 for measuring penetration force to the ground of the penetration part 20; and a displacement measurement part 100 for measuring displacement in the longitudinal direction of the penetration part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
