To provide a reinforcing bar unit capable of more easily arranging reinforcing bars and a method for manufacturing such a reinforcing bar unit.SOLUTION: There is provided a reinforcing bar unit 1A including a plurality of reinforcing bars 2 arranged at intervals p from each other in the width direction X, which is a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction Y, while keeping the longitudinal directions Y parallel to each other, an interval holding line 3 connecting the reinforcing bars 2 adjacent to each other arranged at intervals p, and a core material 4 around which the plurality of reinforcing bars 2 connected by the interval holding line 3 are wound. When viewed from the center C of the core material 4 to the outside, the reinforcing bars 2 wound around the core material 4 do not overlap each other. Therefore, when viewed from the end of the core material 4, the shape of the reinforcing bar unit 1A becomes a shape close to a perfect circle with less unevenness, the force required for deploying the reinforcing bars 2 is reduced, and the reinforcing bars 2 can be arranged more easily.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
