To provide a staircase device which functions as a staircase by installing it in a space where a length of a linear straight staircase is insufficient and a width is less than twice of a staircase width.SOLUTION: A staircase device includes: a staircase main body arranged in either a lower space 61 between a lower floor 6 and a folded floor 5 and an upper space 71 between the folded floor 5 and an upper floor 7; and a rotating shaft 24 for rotating the staircase main body to move between the lower space 61 and the upper space 71. The staircase main body is located at the same position in the plan view in a state of being arranged in the lower space 61 and a state of being arranged in the upper space 71.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】直線状の直階段を設ける長さが不足し、かつ、階段の幅の２倍の幅を有さないスペースに設置して、階段として機能する階段装置を提供する。【解決手段】下層床６と折返し床５の間の下方空間６１及び折返し床５と上層床７との間の上方空間７１のいずれか一方に配される階段本体と、階段本体を回動させて下方空間６１と上方空間７１との間で移動させるための回動軸２４とを備え、階段本体は、下方空間６１に配される状態と上方空間７１に配される状態とにおいて、平面視において同一箇所に配される。【選択図】図３
