FLOOD PREVENTION SHEET AND FLOOD PREVENTION METHOD
To provide a flood prevention sheet allowing an adhesive tape to be prevented from peeling off by releasing air trapped between a house and the sheet when the flood prevention sheet is attached on the house using the adhesive tape.SOLUTION: In a flood prevention sheet 1 which is provided with a cut-off sheet 3 for surrounding a house 10 and covering the ground surface around the house and an adhesive tape 2 for attaching an upper end of the cut-off sheet 3 at a higher position than that of a predicted water level when the house is flooded, a vent hole 5 for releasing air trapped between the house 10 and the cut-off sheet 3 is arranged at the higher position than that of the predicted water level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】浸水防止シートを貼着テープで家屋に貼付して使用する場合に、家屋とシートとの間に閉じ込められた空気を逃がすことにより、貼着テープの剥がれを防止し得る浸水防止シートを提供する。【解決手段】家屋１０を囲繞するとともに家屋の周囲の地表を覆うための止水シート３と、止水シート３の上端を家屋の浸水時の想定水位より高い位置に貼付するための貼着テープ２とを設けた浸水防止シート１に、家屋１０と止水シート３との間に閉じ込められる空気を外部に逃がすための通気口５を想定水位より高い位置となるように設ける。【選択図】図４
