ANTI-SWAY DEVICE
To provide a novel and improved anti-sway device that has a simple structure, can be manufactured inexpensively, can be easily attached to a required part of a window frame, is also entirely housed in the window frame, thus that does not spoil the appearance even if it is not the same color as the window frame.SOLUTION: The anti-sway device consists of a lower stile, an upper stile, a door tip stile, and a combination stile in a Shoji sliding door that is slidably mounted on a rectangular fixed frame of a building. The upper and lower stiles have grooves that are open on the outer peripheral side and extend laterally. The door tip stile and the combination stile have a groove that is open on the outer peripheral side and extends vertically. Both ends of the lower stile are attached to the lower ends of each of the door tip stile and the combination stile, and both ends of the upper stile are attached to the upper ends of each of the door tip stile and the combination stile, respectively, at at least one of four corners of the window frame that are connected by communicating the grooves with each other. The anti-sway device has an upper wall and a pair of leg walls hanging from both side edges of the upper wall, and is housed wholly in the groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
