To improve convenience or safety in utilization of equipment by controlling operation under a condition corresponding to a kind of equipment to be used by reservation.SOLUTION: A shared space that is partitioned from the periphery and allows one to enter by opening the door authenticates a user pertaining to reservation from a first point of time based on usage start time of the shared space by reservation to a second point of time based on usage completion time of the shared space, and unlocks an electronic lock provided on the door. At least one portion of equipment installed in the shared space operates under the condition that a door 101 is opened in a time zone after the first point of time at the start in operation time of the shaped space. At least another portion of equipment installed in the shared space operates from usage start time by reservation to usage completion time of the shared space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】予約して使用する設備の種類に応じた条件で稼働を制御し、設備の利用における利便性または安全性の向上を図る。【解決手段】周囲から仕切られ、扉を開けて入室可能な共有空間は、予約による共有空間の使用開始時に基づく第１時点から共有空間の使用終了時に基づく第２時点まで、予約に係る利用者を認証して、扉に設けられた電子錠を解錠する。共有空間に設置された設備の少なくとも一部は、共有空間の運用時間において、最初に、第１時点以後の時間帯に扉１０１が開けられたことを条件として稼働する。共有空間に設置された設備の少なくとも他の一部は、予約による共有空間の使用開始時から使用終了時まで稼働する。【選択図】図７
