The delivery business server 4 includes a request receiving section 45 for receiving a first signal from the business terminal 5, and a request section 46 for transmitting a second signal to a door control device server 3 when the first signal is received by the request receiving section 45. The door control device server 3 includes a request receiving section 34 for receiving a second signal from the delivery business server 4, and an instruction section 36 for transmitting an unlock instruction for unlocking a door 6 to a door control device 2 when the second signal is received by the request receiving section 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
