To provide a decorative sheet having a transparent resin layer excellent in V-groove bending workability and post-workability while maintaining high scratch resistance and transparency, and a method for producing a decorative sheet.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 1 has at least a primer layer 8 on one surface of a base material layer 6, and has at least a pattern layer 5, a transparent resin layer 3 and a surface protective layer 2 on the other surface thereof. The transparent resin layer has a low temperature softening resin layer 3b and a high temperature softening resin layer 3a from the side of the surface protective resin layer. A softening temperature of the high temperature softening resin layer is 170-230°C, a softening temperature of the low temperature softening resin layer is 50-130°C, and a ratio of a layer thickness of the low temperature softening resin layer to a layer thickness of the high temperature softening resin layer is 1% to 50%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い耐傷性と透明性を維持しつつ、Ｖ溝曲げ加工性などの後加工性の優れた透明樹脂層を有する化粧シート及び化粧シートの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】基材層６の、一方の面に少なくともプライマー層８を備え、もう一方の面に少なくとも、絵柄模様層５と、透明樹脂層３と、表面保護層２とを備えた化粧シートにおいて、透明樹脂層は、表面保護層側から、低温軟化性樹脂層３ｂと高温軟化性樹脂層３ａを備えており、高温軟化性樹脂層の軟化温度は１７０℃〜２３０℃であり、低温軟化性樹脂層の軟化温度は５０℃〜１３０℃であり、高温軟化性樹脂層の層厚に対する低温軟化性樹脂層の層厚の比率が１％〜５０％である事を特徴とする化粧シート１。【選択図】図１
