FOUNDATION IMPROVEMENT MATERIAL AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
To provide a foundation improvement material which can use a carbon dioxide gas, can suppress elution of heavy metal from a foundation, and is excellent in strength development property.SOLUTION: There is provided a foundation improvement material formed of slurry containing a cement based material and ultra fine bubble containing water, in which the ultra fine bubbles contained in the ultra fine bubble containing water are formed of a gas in which a content of carbon dioxide is 0.1 volume% or greater. A production method of the foundation improvement material comprises: a step for preparing ultra fine bubble containing water containing ultra fine bubbles by an amount at which pH of the slurry immediately after mixing the cement based material and the ultra fine bubble containing water is 11.6-13.0, and the cement based material; and a step for preparing the foundation improvement material having a form of the slurry whose pH is 11.6-13.0 by mixing the ultra fine bubble containing water and the cement based material prepared in the above step, at a mass ratio so that the pH immediately after mixing becomes 11.6-13.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】二酸化炭素ガスを利用することができ、地盤からの重金属類の溶出を抑制し、強度発現性に優れた地盤改良材を提供する。【解決手段】セメント系材料、及び、ウルトラファインバブル含有水を含むスラリーからなり、ウルトラファインバブル含有水に含まれるウルトラファインバブルが、二酸化炭素の含有率が0.1体積%以上である気体からなるものである地盤改良材。セメント系材料と上記ウルトラファインバブル含有水を混合した直後のスラリーのpHが11.6〜13.0となりうる量のウルトラファインバブルを含むウルトラファインバブル含有水と、セメント系材料を準備する工程と、該工程で準備された上記ウルトラファインバブル含有水とセメント系材料を、混合直後のpHが11.6〜13.0となる質量比で混合して、pHが11.6〜13.0のスラリーの形態を有する上記地盤改良材を調製する工程を含む地盤改良材の製造方法。【選択図】なし
