CIVIL ENGINEERING AND BUILDING STRUCTURE USING RESIN AND DESERT SAND
To provide a civil engineering and building structure allowing desert sand to be utilized, which abundantly exists, is difficult to be mixed with cement matrix due to a round shape and small average grain sizes, and has large amount of a salt content and impure components.SOLUTION: A civil engineering and building structure 1 is provided with resin mortar 11 including fine aggregate material and resin and aramid fiber as reinforcement material 12 arranged in the resin mortar, wherein the fine aggregate material includes desert sand in Middle East and Arabian Gulf regions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】豊富に存在するが、形状が丸く、平均粒径が小さいため、セメントマトリックスとうまく混和せず、塩分含有量も多く不純物が存在する、砂漠の砂を活用できる土木・建築構造物用建材を提供する。【解決手段】細骨材と樹脂とを含有する樹脂モルタル11と、樹脂モルタルの内部に設けられた補強材12としてアラミド繊維とを備え、細骨材として中東・アラビア湾岸地域の砂漠の砂を含有していることを特徴とする土木・建築構造物用建材1とした。【選択図】図1
