To provide a building protection device capable of dispensing a protective sheet easily when a flood is expected.SOLUTION: A building protection device 8 comprises: a protective sheet 11 which is arranged to cover a building 1 when a flood is expected, and protects the building 1 from inundation by being tightly adhered to the building 1 with a hydraulic pressure in a flood time; and an enclosure 10 which deliverably stores the protective sheet 11 by being rotated around a core material 110a which is a central axis of the protective sheet 11 when a flood is expected in the state of winding the protective sheet 11 in a normal time, wherein the enclosure 10 is arranged adjacent to the building 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】出水が予想されるときに保護シートを容易に繰り出して使用することができる建物保護装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物保護装置８であって、出水が予想されるときに建物１を覆って配置され、出水時に建物１に水圧で密着して建物１を浸水から保護する保護シート１１と、通常時に保護シート１１を巻いた状態で、出水が予想されるときには保護シート１１の中心軸である芯材１１０ａの周りに回転させて保護シート１１を繰り出し自在に格納する筐体１０と、を備え、筐体１０が建物１に隣接して配置される。【選択図】図４
