EXCAVATOR USED IN PILE FOUNDATION WORK
To provide an excavator which can uniformly hammer a ground surface of an excavated hole and is used in a pile foundation work.SOLUTION: In an excavator used in a pile foundation work, a plate-like second impact member 3 which has arcuate arch plates formed on side faces and has a plurality of rocking grooves on a lower end, has a force transmission ring on an upper stage part and has a widened shape toward a bottom surface, and a first impact member 2 which has arcuate arch plates formed on side faces and has a plurality of rocking grooves on a lower end, has a force transmission ring on an upper stage part and has a widened shape toward a bottom surface are combined with each other in a crossing state in the locking grooves; a driving shaft inserted to a through hole of the first impact member 2 in a state of being connected to a rod and a driving mechanism rotates the second impact member 3 to be fit in a circular hole to be inserted so as to convert vertical motion in the driving mechanism by a pantograph mechanism into rotation motion, which changes positions of the first impact member 2 and the second impact member 3 colliding with the ground, uniformly hammers the ground surface and can excavate the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】掘削した穴の地盤表面を均一に打撃できる杭基礎工事に用いる掘削装置を提供する。【解決手段】側面に弧状のアーチプレートが形成され下端部に複数の揺動溝を有し、上段部に、力伝達リングを有する、底面に向かって末広がりの形状をなした平板状の第2衝撃部材3と、側面に弧状のアーチプレートが形成され下端部に複数の揺動溝を有し、上段部に、力伝達プレートを有する、底面に向かって末広がりの形状をなした平板状の第1衝撃部材2が、それぞれの揺動溝に、十字状に交差した状態で組み合わされ、第1衝撃部材2の貫通孔にロッド、駆動機構と連結した状態で挿通された駆動軸が、挿通する円形孔において嵌合する第2衝撃部材3を、パンタグラフ機構による駆動機構において上下運動を回転運動に変換して回転させることで、地盤に衝突する第1衝撃部材2と第2衝撃部材3の位置を変化させ、地盤表面を均一に打撃して掘削できる。【選択図】図1
