To provide a decorative sheet which suppresses cracks and breakages when an impact is applied or during processing and further has excellent anti-slip wear resistance in which a surface protective layer is excellent in stain resistance, alkali resistance or the like over a long period and to provide a decorative plate using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet constituted of a laminate comprising at least a substrate sheet and a surface protective layer in order in the thickness direction, wherein in the surface protective layer, a second surface protective layer and a first surface protective layer are laminated adjacent to each other in order from the substrate sheet side, the first surface protective layer contains an ionization radiation-curable resin containing two aliphatic urethane acrylates of a resin A and a resin B, the resin A is an aliphatic urethane acrylate having an isocyanurate skeleton and the resin B is an aliphatic urethane acrylate having an alicyclic skeleton without having an isocyanurate skeleton.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】表面保護層が長期間に亘り耐汚染性、耐アルカリ性等に優れるとともに、衝撃が加わった際や加工時に割れやクラックの発生が抑制されており、更に防滑耗性に優れる化粧シート、及びそれを用いた化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】厚さ方向において順に、基材シートと、表面保護層とを少なくとも備える積層体から構成される化粧シートであって、前記表面保護層は、前記基材シート側から第２表面保護層と第１表面保護層とが順に隣接して積層されており、前記第１表面保護層は、樹脂Ａ及び樹脂Ｂの二種類の脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートを含む電離放射線硬化型樹脂を含有し、前記樹脂Ａはイソシアヌレート骨格を有する脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートであり、前記樹脂Ｂはイソシアヌレート骨格を有さず、脂環骨格を有する脂肪族ウレタンアクリレートである。【選択図】なし
