CEMENT CLINKER
To provide a cement clinker, compared to conventional cement clinker, that can reduce the firing temperature during manufacturing, increase the amount of waste matter used, and can suppress the change of color tone of cement even if the Fe2O3 content increases.SOLUTION: The change of color tone of cement can be suppressed by using a cement clinker that has a total amount of C3A and C4AF calculated by the Bogue formula of 22% or more, a C3S amount of 60% or more, and an iron modulus (I.M.) of 1.3 or less and in which the contained amount of TiO2 in the cement clinker is adjusted to 1.1 to 2.0 wt%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】従来のセメントクリンカーに比べ、製造する際の焼成温度を低減することが可能であり、廃棄物使用量を増やすことが可能であり、Ｆｅ２Ｏ３含有量が増加してもセメントの色調変化を抑制できるセメントクリンカー。【解決手段】ボーグ式により算出されるＣ３ＡおよびＣ４ＡＦの合計量が２２％以上、Ｃ３Ｓ量が６０％以上、鉄率（Ｉ．Ｍ．）が１．３以下のセメントクリンカーであり、該セメントクリンカーのＴｉＯ２含有量を１．１〜２．０ｗｔ％に調整することで、セメントの色調変化を抑制できる。【選択図】 なし
