To provide a pile head treatment method capable of reliably performing horizontal breaking and small-piece crushing of a pile head extra-fill part by kinetic crushing almost at the same time.SOLUTION: In a pile head treatment method for head treating a cast-in-place concrete pile, a plurality of horizontal sheath pipes is arranged when assembling pile reinforcements of a concrete pile 10; a plurality of oblique sheath pipes is arranged obliquely upward in relation to the pile axis orthogonal direction from the position of a pile head outer peripheral face 20a; concrete is placed at a prescribed position where the pile reinforcements are installed; and a pile head extra-fill part 21 is horizontally broken and crushed into small pieces by a kinetic crushing agent charged in a plurality of horizontal shot holes 31-39 horizontally formed by the horizontal sheath pipes in the concrete pile and in a plurality of oblique shot holes 41-49 formed obliquely upward in relation to the horizontal direction by the oblique sheath pipes. The same number of oblique sheath pipes as the number of horizontal sheath pipes are provided in such a way that a horizontal projection position of each of them overlaps on the horizontal position of each of the horizontal sheath pipes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】動的破砕により杭頭余盛部の水平破断と小割破砕とをほぼ同時にかつ確実に実施可能な杭頭処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】この杭頭処理工法は、場所打ちコンクリート杭の杭頭処理を行う工法であって、コンクリート杭10の杭鉄筋の組み立て時に複数の水平さや管を配置し、複数の斜めさや管を杭頭外周面20aの位置から杭軸直交方向に対し斜め上方に向けて配置し、杭鉄筋が設置された所定位置においてコンクリートを打設し、コンクリート杭において複数の水平さや管により水平方向に形成された複数の水平装薬孔31〜39および複数の斜めさや管により水平方向に対し斜め上方に形成された複数の斜め装薬孔41〜49にそれぞれ装填された装薬材内の動的破砕剤により杭頭余盛部21を水平破断しかつ小割破砕する。複数の斜めさや管は、それぞれの水平投影位置が各水平さや管の水平位置と重複するように複数の水平さや管と同数設けられる。【選択図】図1
