To improve maintainability in a building girth part structure.SOLUTION: A girth 60 extended along outer wall panels 18, 40 is detachably engaged with a connection member 44. A holding part 44D of the connecting member 44 can hold a wall tie material 76 inserted from the outdoor side. Therefore, when a scaffold 70 is provided on the outside of a unit building 11, the girth 60 engaged with the connection member 44 is removed to expose the holding part 44D, and the wall tie material 76 is held by the holding part 44D to connect the wall tie material 76 and the scaffold 70, so that the scaffold 70 is connected to the unit building 11 via the wall tie material 76 to suppress the collapse of the scaffold 70. Further, when attaching and detaching the wall tie member 76, it is only necessary to attach and detach the girth 60 to and from the connection member 44. Therefore, removal and re-construction of a waterproof members of the outer wall panels 18, 40 are not necessary, and an increase in the number of work steps can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】建物胴差部構造において、メンテナンス性を向上させることができる。【解決手段】連結部材44には、外壁パネル18、40に沿って延設された胴差60が着脱可能に係合されている。また、連結部材44の保持部44Dは、屋外側から挿入される壁つなぎ材76を保持可能とされている。したがって、ユニット建物11の外部に足場70を設ける際は、連結部材44に係合されている胴差60を取り外して保持部44Dを露出させた上で、壁つなぎ材76を保持部44Dに保持させてこの壁つなぎ材76と足場70とを連結することで、壁つなぎ材76を介して足場70をユニット建物11に連結させて足場70の倒れを抑制することができる。また、壁つなぎ材76の着脱時には、胴差60を連結部材44から着脱すればよいため、外壁パネル18、40の防水部材の除去及び再施工が不要となる。したがって、作業工数の増加が抑制可能となる。【選択図】図4
