To provide a partition wall device and a partition wall construction method capable of improving workability.SOLUTION: A partition wall device 1 comprises: a pair of support pillars 20 and 20 fixed at lower ends to a floor 2 side; a plurality of partition walls 10 and 10 provided between the support pillars; a columnar connection member 17 provided to connect the adjacent partition panels; a floor side frame 31 provided to extend between the support pillars and to hold the lower ends 15 of the partition panels; and an upper frame 41 which is provided to extend between the support pillars, and fixed at each longitudinal end to each of the support pillars, and which hold the upper ends 14 of the partition panels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
