AUTOMATIC VALET PARKING LOT MANAGEMENT DEVICE
To enable a person who really wants to use a facility to use an automatic valet parking lot by reducing the use of the automatic valet parking lot for the purpose of a use other than the use of the facility.SOLUTION: A management device 20 for managing an automatic valet parking lot 10 attached to a facility 30 sets a management area 32 with respect to the facility 30. When a vehicle 2 is left to the automatic valet parking lot 10, the management device 20 performs use authentication of the automatic valet parking lot 10 with a portable terminal 6 associated with the vehicle 2. The management device 20 tracks a position of the portable terminal 6 with which use authentication has been performed, and notifies the portable terminal 6 of alarm when the portable terminal 6 gets out of the management area 32. When the portable terminal 6 gets out of the management area 32, the management device 20 imposes a penalty on the use of the automatic valet parking lot 10 by the vehicle 2 associated with the portable terminal 6 on condition that a predetermined penalty condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施設の利用以外の用途で自動バレー駐車場が利用されることを低減し、真に施設を利用したい人が自動バレー駐車場を利用できるようにする。【解決手段】施設３０に付設された自動バレー駐車場１０を管理する管理装置２０は、施設３０に対して管理領域３２を設定する。管理装置２０は、自動バレー駐車場１０に車両２が預けられる場合、車両２と関連付けられた携帯端末６との間で自動バレー駐車場１０の利用認証を行う。管理装置２０は、利用認証を行った携帯端末６の位置を追跡し、携帯端末６が管理領域３２の外に出た場合、携帯端末６にアラームを通知する。さらに、管理装置２０は、携帯端末６が管理領域３２の外に出た場合、所定のペナルティ条件が満たされることを条件として、携帯端末６と関連付けられた車両２の自動バレー駐車場１０の利用に対してペナルティを科す。【選択図】図１
