ALKALI METAL REMOVAL METHOD AND ALKALI METAL REMOVAL APPARATUS
To provide an alkali metal removal method and an alkali metal removal apparatus for stably and efficiently removing an alkali metal from biomass ash and effectively utilizing it as a cement raw material and the like.SOLUTION: An alkali metal removal method includes: a preheating treatment step of preheating biomass ash; a thermal decomposition step of thermally decomposing chlorine-containing waste and obtaining a chlorine-containing gas containing a large amount of chlorine; a chlorination roasting step of heating the preheated biomass ash in the chlorine-containing gas and forming an alkali metal chloride; and a washing treatment step of dissolving the alkali metal chloride formed in the chlorination roasting step in water to remove it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
