A vertical groove is formed in the fixed cover. A closing mechanism is provided in the vertical groove. The closing mechanism includes a rotating shaft that is rotatable in the vertical groove. A blocking plate is fixed to an upper surface of the rotating shaft. The fixed cover is provided with a stirring space. A stirring mechanism is provided in the stirring space. The stirring mechanism includes a moving groove formed on a left wall of the stirring space. A rack is fixed to a rear wall of the moving groove. A moving frame is provided in the moving groove so as to be movable in a vertical direction. A rotating space is provided in the moving frame.
