The present invention relates to a paint spray device for indicating characters or numbers on a road. In the paint spray device according to the present invention, a needle tube (20) is fit to a housing (10) so that a lower outlet (18) of the housing (10) is opened and closed by a lower end conical part (21) of the needle tube (20). The housing (10) is divided into an upper chamber (UC) and a lower chamber (DC) by a central diaphragm (15), and an upper actuating plate (30) and a lower valve plate (40) are mounted on the needle tube (20) in such a way that the upper actuating plate (30) is arranged in the upper chamber (UC) and the lower valve plate (40) is arranged in the lower chamber (DC). The upper chamber (UC) is divided into an upper tool chamber (UC1) and a lower air chamber (UC2) by the upper actuating plate (30). A paint supply hole (17) formed in the housing (10) is blocked by the lower valve plate (40), a spring (50) is arranged in the upper tool chamber (UC1), and an air supply hole (16) is formed in the housing (10), so that the lower outlet (18) and the paint supply hole (17) of the housing (10) are opened since the needle tube (20) ascends when air supplied to the lower air chamber (UC2) through the air supply hole (16) pushes up the upper actuating plate (30).
본 발명은 도로에 문자나 숫자를 표시하기 위한 페인트 분사장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 페인트 분사장치는 하우징(10)에 니들관(20)이 끼워져, 니들관(20)의 하단 원추부(21)에 의해 하우징(10)의 하부 토출구(18)가 개폐되고, 하우징(10)이 중간 격막(15)에 의해 상부 챔버(UC)와 하부 챔버(DC)로 구분되며, 니들관(20)에 상부 가동판(30)과 하부 밸브판(40)이 장착되어, 상부 가동판(30)이 상부 챔버(UC)에 배치되고, 하부 밸브판(40)이 하부 챔버(DC)에 배치되며, 상부 가동판(30)에 의해 상부 챔버(UC)가 상부 기구실(UC1)와 하부 에어실(UC2)로 구분되고, 하부 밸브판(40)에 의해 하우징(10)에 형성된 페인트 공급구멍(17)이 차단되며, 상부 기구실(UC1)에 스프링(50)이 배치되고, 하우징(10)에 에어 공급구멍(16)이 형성되어, 에어 공급구멍(16)을 통해 하부 에어실(UC2)로 공급되는 에어가 상부 가동판(30)을 밀어 올려, 니들관(20)이 상승하게 됨으로써, 하우징(10)의 하부 토출구(18)와 페인트 공급구멍(17)이 개방되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The housing (10) is divided into an upper chamber (UC) and a lower chamber (DC) by a central diaphragm (15), and an upper actuating plate (30) and a lower valve plate (40) are mounted on the needle tube (20) in such a way that the upper actuating plate (30) is arranged in the upper chamber (UC) and the lower valve plate (40) is arranged in the lower chamber (DC).
