MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NONFLAMMABLE PANEL AND NONFLAMMABLE PANEL
To provide an inexpensive nonflammable panel excellent in quality and appearance capable of effectively preventing occurrence of warps of a whole panel and irregularity on a face material surface when manufacturing the nonflammable panel having a core material clamped between two metal face materials with different linear expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a nonflammable panel comprises steps of: a face material preparing step for preparing a first face material 21 and a second face material 22 with a different linear expansion coefficient from that of the first face material 21; a material foam forming step for producing material foam 10B in a naturally foamed state through foam reaction of resign foaming material in an unrestrained state; a core material panel forming step for forming a core material panel 10 into a specific shape and size by cutting the material foam 10B; and a bonding step for placing the core material panel 10 manufactured in the material foam forming step between the first face material 21 and the second face material 22 and bonding the same to the first face material 21 and the second face material 22 with bond 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】線膨張係数が異なる金属からなる2枚の面材の間に芯材を挟んだ不燃性パネルを製造するにあたり、パネル全体の反りおよび面材表面の凹凸の発生が効果的に抑えられ、高品質で外観性が良好な不燃性パネルを廉価で得る。【解決手段】第1の面材21と、第1の面材21と線膨張係数が異なる第2の面材22を準備する面材準備工程と、樹脂系フォームの原料を非拘束状態で発泡反応させて自然発泡状態の素材フォーム10Bを得る素材フォーム成形工程と、素材フォーム10Bを切断加工して所定の芯材パネル10の形状および寸法に成形する芯材パネル成形工程と、芯材パネル成形工程で得られた芯材パネル10を第1の面材21と第2の面材22との間に配置するとともに第1の面材21と前記第2の面材22とに接着剤30によって接着する接着工程と、を備える。【選択図】図4
