To provide nonflammable sound absorption panels that can make sound absorption and insulation sandwich panels, which contain flammable materials in their constituent materials, nonflammable.SOLUTION: Fine powder of chips 15 generated when a foam material 13 filled in a honeycomb material 12 is cut is placed in a gap between the foam material and a sound absorbing surface material 14. Gaps between fibers of the sound absorbing surface material are blocked by chips fluidized by a flow of steam or the like generated from a hydrated material of the honeycomb material heated at the time of a fire to limit an air flow passage; further, carbon dioxide gas generated from the foam material is confined to reduce the amount of oxygen to suppress combustion. The use of the adhesive that is a combustible material is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構成材料に可燃物を含んでいる吸遮音サンドイッチパネルを不燃化することができる不燃吸音パネルを提供する。【解決手段】ハニカム材１２に充填するフォーム材１３を切断加工するときに発生する切粉１５の微粉を、フォーム材と吸音面材１４の間の隙間に配置する。火災時に加熱されたハニカム材の水加物から発生する水蒸気などの流れによって流動した切粉で吸音面材の繊維間の隙間を塞ぐことで、空気の流通路を制限し、またフォーム材から発生する二酸化炭素ガスを閉じ込めて酸素量を低減して、燃焼を抑止する。また可燃物である接着剤の使用量を削減した。【選択図】図１
