BUILDING BODY SUPPORT STRUCTURE
To prevent excessive uplift and damage of columns of a building during earthquake and reduce an impact occurring when the uplifted building body drops.SOLUTION: A building body support structure 10A supports a building body 16 through a column 14 having a column base part 26 that opens downward on a column base 2402. A resistance mechanism 20A to generate resistance to uplift of the building body 16 while allowing the uplift and generate resistance to drop when the building body 16 drops after uplifting while allowing the drop is provided across a footing beam 12 and the column base part 26. The resistance mechanism 20A comprises: a rod 32 that protrudes upward from an upper surface 1202 of the footing beam 12 and is inserted in the column base part 26; and a friction member 34, which is attached to an upper part of the rod 32 and pressed against an inner peripheral surface 2404 of the column base 2402 (column base part 26).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震時の建物の柱の過大な浮き上がりや損傷を抑制し、かつ浮き上がった建物本体が降下する際の衝撃を緩和する。【解決手段】柱脚2402に下方に開放された柱脚部26を有する柱14を介して建物本体16を支持する建物本体の支持構造10Aであって、基礎梁12と柱脚部26とにわたり、建物本体16の浮き上がりに対して浮き上がりを許容しつつ抵抗を生じ、かつ、建物本体16の浮き上がり後の降下時に降下に対して降下を許容しつつ抵抗を生じる抵抗機構20Aが設けられている。抵抗機構20Aは、基礎梁12の上面1202から上方に突設され柱脚部26に挿入されるロッド32と、ロッド32の上部に取着され柱脚2402(柱脚部26)の内周面2404に圧接する摩擦部材34と含んで構成されている。【選択図】図1
