BUILDING BODY SUPPORT STRUCTURE
To prevent excessive uplift and damage of columns of a building during earthquake and reduce an impact occurring when the uplifted building body drops.SOLUTION: A building body support structure 10F supports a building body 16 through a column 14 having a column base part 26 that opens downward on a column base 2402. A resistance mechanism 20F to generate resistance to uplift of the building body 16 while allowing the uplift and generate resistance to drop when the building body 16 drops after uplifting while allowing the drop is provided across a footing beam 12 and the column base part 26. An apex 64 is provided at an upper part of the column base part 26. The resistance mechanism 20F comprises a damper 50 that is provided across an upper surface 1202 of the footing beam 12 and the apex 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震時の建物の柱の過大な浮き上がりや損傷を抑制し、かつ浮き上がった建物本体が降下する際の衝撃を緩和する。【解決手段】柱脚2402に下方に開放された柱脚部26を有する柱14を介して建物本体16を支持する建物本体の支持構造10Fであって、基礎梁12と柱脚部26とにわたり、建物本体16の浮き上がりに対して浮き上がりを許容しつつ抵抗を生じ、かつ、建物本体16の浮き上がり後の降下時に降下に対して降下を許容しつつ抵抗を生じる抵抗機構20Fが設けられている。柱脚部26の上部に頂部64が設けられ、抵抗機構10Fは、基礎梁12の上面1202と、頂部64とにわたって設けられたダンパー50を含んで構成されている。【選択図】図1
