CONNECTION JOINT OF STEEL PIPE, CONNECTION METHOD OF STEEL PIPE USING CONNECTION JOINT OF STEEL PIPE, AND STEEL PIPE SHEET PILE
To provide a connection joint of steel pipes having an adjustment allowance in a circumferential direction and capable of efficiently exhibiting a reverse rotation prevention function, and to provide a connection method of steel pipes and a steel pipe sheet pile.SOLUTION: A connection joint 1 of steel pipes in this invention includes: an inside joint pipe 5; an outside joint pipe 7 having tap holes 7a, 7b for rotation prevention; and a rotation prevention bolt 9. The tap holes 7a, 7b for rotation prevention penetrate in a perpendicular direction to a pipe shaft and in a radial direction of the pipe. The inside joint pipe 5 includes sloped face portions 5a, 5b which is sloped to be deeper as going in a screwing reverse rotation direction at positions corresponding to the tap holes 7a, 7b when engaged with the outside joint pipe 7 and whose circumferential direction lengths are set to be longer than a diameter of the rotation prevention bolt 9. The rotation prevention bolt 9 includes a conical portion 9a at a tip. A slope angle of the conical portion 9a is substantially the same as slope angles of the sloped face portions 5a, 5b of the inside joint pipe 5. In a state where the outside joint pipe 7 is engaged with the inside joint pipe 5, the rotation prevention bolts 9 are inserted into the tap holes 7a, 7b, and the conical portions of the rotation prevention bolts 9 are made to be in contact with the sloped face portions 5a, 5b, prevent a reverse rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】周方向の調整代を有し、かつ逆回転防止の機能を十分に発揮することができる鋼管の接合継手、及び鋼管の接合方法、鋼管矢板を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る鋼管の接合継手1は、内側継手管5と、回転防止用のタップ孔7a、7bを有する外側継手管7と、回転防止ボルト9とを有し、回転防止用のタップ孔7a、7bは、管軸に対して直角方向で、管の半径方向に貫通してなり、内側継手管5は、外側継手管7を嵌合させた際に、タップ孔7a、7bに対応する位置に、螺合逆回転方向ほど深さが深くなるように傾斜する傾斜面部であって、周方向の長さが回転防止ボルト9の径よりも長く設定された傾斜面部5a、5bを有し、回転防止ボルト9の先端に円錐状部9aを有し、円錐状部9aの傾斜角が、内側継手管5の傾斜面部5a、5bの傾斜角と同等であり、外側継手管7と内側継手管5を嵌合させた状態で、タップ孔7a、7bに回転防止ボルト9を挿入して、回転防止ボルト9の円錐状部を傾斜面部5a、5bに当接させて逆回転を防止する。【選択図】 図1

To provide a connection joint of steel pipes having an adjustment allowance in a circumferential direction and capable of efficiently exhibiting a reverse rotation prevention function, and to provide a connection method of steel pipes and a steel pipe sheet pile.SOLUTION: A connection joint 1 of steel pipes in this invention includes: an inside joint pipe 5; an outside joint pipe 7 having tap holes 7a, 7b for rotation prevention; and a rotation prevention bolt 9.
