FLOOR UNDERLAY SHEET, FLOOR STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To provide a floor underlay sheet to be laid between the double floor panel and the floor finishing material that can be used for applying the finishing material on the double floor panel without causing swelling of the floor finishing material and other appearance defects, and in which the joints of the double floor panel are less likely to appear on the surface of floor finishing material.SOLUTION: The floor underlaying sheet includes a vinyl chloride resin layer and a glass net or a glass non-woven fabric and a foamed vinyl chloride resin layer. The residual dent (B method) measured by JIS A 1454 is 0.5 ± 0.05 mm. When a 50 mm square sheet is compressed at a compression rate of 1 mm/min using a compression tester and a 25 mm Φ compression jig, the compressive strength when the strain reaches 50% is 0.7 ± 0.3 MPa. The rigidity measured by the Taber Stiffness Tester (ASTM D747-61T) is 200 to 500 g/cm at 5°C and 100 to 300 g/cm at 20°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】二重床パネルと床仕上げ材の間に敷設する床用下貼りシートにおいて、床仕上げ材の膨れなどの外観不良が生じない二重床パネル上の仕上げ材施工ができ、かつ二重床パネルの目地が床仕上げ材表面に現れにくい床用下貼りシートを提供する。【解決手段】床用下貼りシートは、塩化ビニル樹脂層とガラスネット又はガラス不織布と発泡塩化ビニル樹脂層とを含み、JIS A 1454で測定される残留凹み(B法)が0.5±0.05mmであり、圧縮試験機を使用し、25mmΦの圧縮治具を使用して、圧縮速度1mm/minで50mm角のシートを圧縮した時に、ひずみが50%に達した時の圧縮強度が0.7±0.3MPaであり、テーバースティフネス試験機(ASTM D747−61T)で測定される剛性が5℃において200〜500g/cm、20℃において100〜300g/cmである。【選択図】図1
