To provide a floor underlay material which enables flooring material to be easily replaced.SOLUTION: There is provided a floor underlay material (1) to be disposed between a base and a flooring material, in which a surface (1a) of the floor underlay material to which the flooring material is attached has a convex portion (2) and a concave portion (3), and a surface (3a) of the concave portion is adhesive. The floor underlay material preferably includes an elastic layer (4), an adhesive resin layer (5) provided on the elastic layer, and the convex portion (2) provided on the adhesive resin layer.
