To provide a method of measuring the content of calcium propionate in a cement-based hardened body such as concrete.SOLUTION: In the method of measuring the content of calcium propionate in a cement-based hardened body, a cement-based hardened body is brought into contact with acid, and subsequently, the content of propionic acid in the acid which has been brought into contact with the cement-based hardened material is measured. In the method of measuring the content of calcium propionate in a cement-based hardened body, the pH of the acid after being brought into contact with the cement-based hardened body is 3.0 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
