METHOD FOR PREVENTING OCCURRENCE OF ALKALI AGGREGATE REACTION OF CEMENT-BASED HARDENED BODY
[Problem] Calcium propionate has an effect to prevent the occurrence of an alkali aggregate reaction of a cement-based hardened body, but still has such a problem that calcium propionate affects the physical properties of the cement-based hardened body. [Solution] A method for preventing the occurrence of an alkali aggregate reaction of a cement-based hardened body according to the present invention includes preparing an aqueous calcium propionate solution and then allowing a cement-based hardened body containing an aggregate to be impregnated with the aqueous calcium propionate solution. The present invention provides a method for imparting an effect to prevent the occurrence of an alkali aggregate reaction to a cement-based hardened body without affecting the hardening of a cement-based material.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention consiste en ce que le propionate de calcium a un effet de prévention de l'apparition d'une réaction alcaline du granulat dans un corps durci à base de ciment, mais a encore un problème consistant en ce que le propionate de calcium a une incidence sur les propriétés physiques du corps durci à base de ciment. La solution selon la présente invention consiste en un procédé pour la prévention de l'apparition d'une réaction alcaline du granulat dans un corps durci à base de ciment, comprenant la préparation d'une solution aqueuse de propionate de calcium et ensuite le fait de laisser un corps durci à base de ciment contenant un granulat s'imprégner de la solution aqueuse de propionate de calcium. Le procédé selon la présente invention permet de conférer un effet pour prévenir l'apparition d'une réaction alcaline du granulat dans un corps durci à base de ciment sans avoir d'incidence sur le durcissement d'un matériau à base de ciment.
